Specially designed for snow plow, adopt CMC manifold, support the scraper up-down-angling in automatic control.
1.General Description
Snow Plows Power Units with built-in 12 volt DC solenoid valves for operating snow plows. Provides power up, hold and gravity down for single acting cylinder blade lift plus left and right control for Power pack with built-in 12 volt DC solenoid valves for operating snow plows. Provides power up, hold and gravity down for single acting cylinder blade lift plus left and right control for two single acting cylinders or one double acting cylinder for blade angle. Features include heavy duty 12 volt motor, 12 volt directional control valves, adjustable main relief valve, plastic reservoir, check valves for load holding and adjustable cross-over relief valves on power angle circuit. Horizontal mount. Includes reservoir breather and 12 volt DC motor solenoid.

2. Components:

It components by a high performance gear pump, a DC motor, a Aluminum Central Manifold, hydraulic cartridge valves and a hydraulic oil tank reservoir. There also come with a cable remote pendant or a wireless remote/radio remote to control hydraulic power pack .

4. How to operate a Dump Trailer Hydraulic Power Pack?

Lift Trailer Body, Push "up" button to start the motor to lift the Trailer by hydraulic cylinder, Push "DW" button and the solenoid valve actives ,the cylinder lowering movement. Hydraulic oil back to tank and cylinder start closing. And dump trailer body start back to level position. Click technical data of single acting power unit troubleshooting you can learn.
